VOCMC is a program of Mercy Care, a Non-profit, Public Benefit Organization. VOCMC's mission is to help victims of crime end the frustration of searching for medical providers who will evaluate, diagnose, and treat them for elective procedures, such as, pain management, cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.

Our goal is to help you obtain follow-up medical care. Typically, elective procedures such as pain management, plastic surgery or reconstructive surgery are not readily available to crime victims. Once qualified, victims have access to these specialties and other medical care.

When a person has been injured and is in need of medical care VOCMC can provide:
